Congratulations to Danny & Chantel on their recent engagement! The happy couple met years ago in the halls of Edward R. Murrow high school in Brooklyn. They lost touch for several years and then one fine day they went out on a date. After 7 years together, Danny popped the question and Chantel Said “Yes”. The proposal was on one of the coldest and windiest days of the year, after all, it was November. Danny planned a fabulous dinner with their friends and family to celebrate their love. A few weeks later they reached out to set up an indoor engagement session due to the cold weather, at the Metropolitan museum of Art. Oddly enough, the week of the photoshoot was delightfully warm and we decided to stop off in Central Park for some photos before going to the MET.
It was my first time visiting Central Park, let alone doing a photoshoot. I've admired photos that I've seen from other photographers but I knew that I could add my own flare to create breath taking images, and I finally had the chance to do so. Chantel looked beautiful in her long dress which perfectly complemented her beauty and grace. Danny was dressed to impress in his Nita Fashions bespoke suit. The park was crowded due to a concert in the Minton Tiles at Bethesda Arcade. The golden hour sun gave us the ambiance to capture these intimate and romantic photos that tell the story of their love. We were so immersed in the architecture that we skipped going to the MET and created this breathtaking imagery.
