Gloria and Justin have decided to have their wedding in Aruba, taking into account the size of their families. As they prepared for the wedding, they realized they needed save the date cards and wanted to include an epic photo. Given their fondness for Planting Fields Arboretum, it was the perfect location for their photo session.
Planting Fields Arboretum offers extensive grounds with historical buildings, a beautiful garden, a flower arch, as well as various trees and shrubbery. This made it an ideal setting for their fall foliage-themed engagement photos. On the day of the shoot, we met at the entrance and paid the $100 photo permit fee before embarking on a journey through the expansive grounds. Keep in mind that there's a lot of walking, so bringing a change of shoes is recommended. The stunning landscape helped us capture emotionally evocative photos, including some captivating sunset shots that now adorn Gloria and Justin's new home. They also selected an image for their save the date cards.
If you live in Long Island or are interested in traveling, George Pompilio of Xclusive Events would be thrilled to capture your engagement photos at Planting Fields Arboretum. Not only is it ideal for engagement photos but you also have the option of having your wedding photos taken there. The permit fee for wedding sessions is slightly higher, costing $200, but the experience is truly worth it.
